EDS-KU20 and EDS-KU40 Ku band BUC is very stable, reliable and cost effective Integrated Ku-band BUC and SSPA.

The BUC is originally manufactured by NJRC of Japan, The SSPA is originally manufactured by EDS Microwave, a leading Korean Microwave OEM company.

EDS BUC’s series offers real power ratings. EDS-KU20 can deliver minimum power of 20W to 25W while EDS-KU40 delivers 40W to 50W. EDS-KU40 uses a very efficient power combining mythology on its final combining stage. Both Models uses NJRC block up converter as driver and uses the most reliable Toshiba TIM1414-30 chipset rated 32W each on its SSPA final stage.

This product accepts L-band input and can be driven by widely available modems and modulators in the market. Applicable for VSAT Hubs and Satellite Video Uplink transmission, Flyaway, SNG or Fixed Terminal.

With the use of our QPSK Modulator and MPEG2 Encoder, DST-KU20 can transmit up to 2 video channels while DST-KU40 can transmit 4 channels plus extra data bandwidth using 1.2 to 1.8 meter antenna.
